Just as she’s never confirmed the identities of any of the love interests she’s assumed to have sung extensively about, nor has Taylor ever expressly name-checked Katy as someone she was feuding with.
But in 2014, ahead of the release of 1989, she mentioned a fellow female who, “for years, I was never sure if we were friends or not.”
And then, Taylor told Rolling Stone, that woman “did something so horrible,” she concluded they were “just straight-up enemies.”
“It wasn’t even about a guy!” Taylor added. “It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour.”
