Dance like no one’s watching — because they aren’t! Professional dancer Katia Pryce has taught Kate Hudson, Kelly Ripa, Madonna, Molly Sims, and more celebs her signature training technique, and regardless of your star status — or athletic background — everyone is welcome at her studios in New York, Florida, and California.

“Most people don’t identify as dancers, so I understand how a DanceBody class can feel intimidating at first, but it’s just about moving your body, sweating, having fun, and becoming really strong,” the fitness guru tells ET.

“Everyone in class is uber focused on the instructor that I promise, no one is critiquing you,” she adds.

The 50-minute exercise sessions mix cardio with sculpting movements, so a single class can provide multiple benefits.

“This is a two-in-one workout that gives you resistance training and aerobic conditioning. … There’s no need to get multiple workouts in because DanceBody has it all,” she notes.

The outcome: Leaner muscles, improved posture, and better balance.

Beyond the physical results, expect to notice a shift in your emotional state as well.

“Celebrities love it because it’s fun, challenging, and helps them stay in shape without feeling like a chore. … Dance connects your mind and body in a way that releases the natural, happy chemicals in your brain to boost your mood,” Pryce explains.

Workout-goers can also plan to discover new tunes for their playlists as they sweat it out.

“Music is the motivator for our classes. … They’re all set to an eclectic mix ranging from old school remixes, electronic dance, pop, and hip-hop songs that you can’t stop singing,” she shares.
