Happy New Music Friday! The weekend is here, which means more streaming, new playlists and the best that music has to offer — and ET has you covered for everything in between.

It’s the end of an era! Last weekend in Vancouver, Taylor Swift closed out what she called “the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date” with her historic Eras Tour. She took her final bow in front of 60,000 fans and highlighted five sentimental songs that she said “encapsulate how I feel about tonight.” Taylor’s tour is the first in history to gross over $2 billion with a total sold-out attendance of over 10 million Swifties. ET also learned that Taylor gave out $197 million in bonuses to everyone working on her tour. As she stated on her last night, the tour “created such a space of joy and togetherness and love.”

Taylor has stayed busy this week ahead of her 35th birthday – Taylor took the time this week to visit Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City where she took the time to chat with patients and take photos and videos. Taylor also dominated 2024 Billboard Music Awards and took home the most wins with 10 including Top Artist — she made history with the most career wins with 49.

Also last weekend, stars hit the stage in Los Angeles at iHeartRadio 102.7 KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball 2024 presented by Capital One. Shaboozey opened the stage and performed his hit “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” Paris Hilton had the crowd on their feet with her DJ performance, Benson Boone wore a Santa-inspired look and sang his hits including “Beautiful Things,” and SZA closed out the night with her hits including “Kiss Me More” and “Kill Bill.”

Yesterday, Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith hosted the 11th Annual TDE holiday charity concert and community celebration with performers SZA, Schoolboy Q, Jay Rock, Doechii and more. They will also have a Giveback day that will include a toy giveaway, raffles, youth sport programming and more. The event presented by TDE’s charity Top Dawg Love the Kids has become a holiday tradition for Nickerson Gardens residents and members of surrounding LA communities.

Earlier this week, Bunnie XO sat down with Dolly Parton for her Dumb Blonde podcast. Dolly shared about her childhood and family life and where she got her work ethic and creativity from. She also shared how she found her confidence to perform and how she discovered her ability to rhyme and write at the age of 8. Dolly also opened up about Carl, her husband of 58 years, and shared “he’s a good guy. He’s quiet and I’m loud and we’re funny. Oh he’s hilarious and I think one of the things that’s made it last so long through the years… we love each other, we respect each other, but we have a lot of fun.”

Metallica will have their annual All Within My Hands Helping Hands Concert & Auction December 13 at The YouTube Theatre in Los Angeles. This marks the fourth year of the foundation’s benefit concert aimed at creating sustainable communities by tackling issues including hunger and workforce education. Jimmy Kimmel will host, SistaStrings and Sammy Hagar & Friends will open the show, and other expected talent include Jason Momoa, Jeff Ament, Tom Morello and more.

Hayley Kiyoko has announced her big screen directorial debut with her new movie “Girls Like Girls.” She shared that “it’s been such a challenging journey to bring this film to life, and it feels like a huge win to finally share it with all of you! I can’t wait for the world to see this story. I hope it inspires people to believe in queer joy and chase their dreams, no matter how long it takes.” Hayley also announced her second novel, “Where There’s Room For Us.”

Snoop Dogg has released his long awaited album Missionary which was produced by Dr. Dre. This is only their second time completing a full body of work together since Snoop’s debut album in 1994. Snoop’s new album features Eminem, 50 Cent, Jelly Roll, Method Man, Jhené Aiko and more.
